This is a one-of-a-kind, never before seen Lay's Potato Chip which had filled with air during the manufacturing process. It's in Extremely Fine condition, and only minimally handled. Note the fact that the *entire chip* is puffed, rather than the uncommon air bubbles you may find within a "mostly normal" chip. The Item is currently inside of an airtight container, which will prevent degradation due to oxygen and bacteria, and has only been handled for less than one minute.
